UBS and Tudor Investment Boost Bitcoin ETF Exposure in Q2

In the second quarter of the year, Swiss multinational investment bank UBS and hedge fund firm Tudor Investment increased their exposure to BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF. According to regulatory filings, UBS reported calls tied to 1.95 million underlying IBIT shares, a more than 24-fold increase from three months earlier. Its direct IBIT holdings also rose 12% to 407,890 shares. Simultaneously, Tudor Investment increased its IBIT holdings by 18.9%, marking a reversal after reducing its position throughout 2025.
